1) Scalp Massage with oil

 Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily is said to excite the scalp. And also, help in growing hair stiffness. No oiling massage to the hairs in routine is one of the biggest reasons for hair fall. Massaging your scalp can aid in reducing stress the advantage is two-fold!

2) Hair oiling 

We suggest Coconut oil, almond oil, and Bringadi Oil, and other oils. Because they contain fatty corrosives that enter the hair roots. And also reduce protein loss from the hair. Massage it into your scalp and also hair and leave it for at least 1-2 hours, then wash it off. 

3) Aloe vera

 Aloe Vera is well-known for its soothing and healing attributes. We recommend applying pure aloe vera gel on your scalp. And hair at least twice a week coz it helps calm down an infected scalp and reduces dandruff. 4) Onion juice massage

As well As add a few onions and squeeze out the juice. And apply the juice to your scalp and hair, leave it in for 15-20 minutes. Then wash with shampoo your hair as usual.

5) Amla

Amla is the most selected ingredient when it comes to well maintain hair health. It contains volumes of necessary fatty acids that help in growing hair follicles. And also, providing you with the glow you ever need. It has rich in vitamin C, great iron antioxidants, and carotene. Amla can help you in reducing untimely greying and providing blood circulation around the scalp. Also, which surely excites hair growth.

Make a proper paste of mixing lime juice and amla powder and apply it to your scalp and hair. You can keep it on your hair for an hour and then wash it off with normal water.

6) Shikakai

 Shikakai recognizes our grandmothers and moms as they always insist on using Shikaki for proper hair care. It is usually considered a natural dilemma to shampoo due to its excellent hair cleansing properties. Moreover, Shikakai helps in preventing hair nourished and supporting hair health. Firstly, Dry out the Shikakai seeds in the sun and then crush them to make powder. Secondly, Take two tablespoons of this powder and mix it with coconut oil. Thirdly, Massage your hair with the mixture twice a week.

7) Reetha

 Reetha, is known as saponin, is effective for keeping your hair healthy and soft. You can make Reetha shampoo by taking some pieces of soap nuts. And Shikakai points and boiling them in a half-liter of water. Leave the mixture overnight, and then strain it and use it as a hair shampoo.

8) Meethi seed & Fenugreek

Fenugreek or methi seeds also help in improving hair growth and repairing hair follicles. It is a brilliant ingredient for hair loss.

Firstly, soak methi seeds overnight in water and grind them to a fine paste. Secondly, apply the paste all over the scalp and hair. Thirdly, Rinse it off with normal water after about half an hour. Do this thrice a week for best results.

9) Apply yogurt/Curd

Of course, there is no end to the miracles yogurt/curd can do to your overall health, particularly to your hair. Mix two tablespoons of yogurt/curd with one tablespoon of honey and lemon. Apply it to your scalp and hair roots. Leave it on for about half an hour once a week and rinse off with normal water.
