Exercise For Eye-Loop 

It is Good for leaking eyes, eye bags, puffiness, eye loops, and a choice to botulinum toxin.

  • Roll both middle fingers mutually at the inside edge of the eyebrows. And then give pressure with the index fingers to the outside corners of the eyebrows.
  • Try to boost the skin below the eyes upwards into a strong view, and then rest.
  • Do it at least 5-6 times and complete it by pressing your eyes to close tightly for 10 seconds.

Exercise For Forehead Wrinkles

It is best for flat forehead lines and upward lines between the eyes.

  • Put two fingers on the forehead facing the inside area. And roll the fingers between the eyebrows and hairline.
  • Softly touch the fingers outer across the forehead, doing very light for tightening the skin
  • Rub the index and middle finger at the deep corner of the eyebrows. 

Exercise For Neck And Jawline

  • Roll your chin to the upper right side and left side at a 45-degree angle. Make a Pauot your mouth for jaw movement. And hold for at least 5-6 seconds. 
  • Next, stick out the lower lip for as long time as possible to pull the sides of the mouth down.

Exercise For Cheeks

It is beneficial for Cheek lines and loose skin. Also, it is an option to lower facelifts and fillers.

  • Make a circle with your lips like an ‘O’ shape, hiding your teeth with your lips.
  • Try to hold the smile shape while putting one index finger on the jawbone. Then start to move the jaw up and down as the head turns smoothly back.
